Patrick earned his B.S. from Boston College in 2012 with a double major in Environmental Science and Philosophy. He is experienced in the selection, design, and implementation of remediation programs for oil and hazardous material release sites, including soil excavation, risk assessments, and in-situ remedial additive treatment technologies. Patrick leads site investigations, directs response actions, and conducts technical report writing and review under local, state, and federal environmental regulations. He specializes in emergency response and management of complex infrastructure construction project compliance with state and federal environmental regulations and programs.
