Kevin earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University in 1989 and then went on to earn his M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University in 1996. He has provided engineering services for a variety of stormwater, wastewater, water supply, site development, roadway, solid waste, recreational facility and hazardous waste projects. Kevin has been assisting the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on a broad range of projects, including the rehabilitation and development of both existing and new aquatic facilities (pools and spray decks), multi-use recreational facilities, trail and trail crossing improvements, college campus site improvements, and various facility modernizations for the Department of Mental Health. Over recent years, Kevin’s municipal projects have focused on community-wide compliance with the EPA’s MS4 stormwater permit, while also continuing with multiple roadway and drainage design and permitting projects for both inland and coastal communities.
