Coneco completed a complete renovation of this public swimming pool for the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) and this project highlighted our multifaceted capabilities. The project included a full site survey; extensive remediation of impacted legacy construction materials; demolition of the former pool and an adjacent wading pool; full design and permitting of the new pool and a new spray deck to replace the wading pool; and new site features. The project also included extensive renovations to the adjacent bathhouse and construction administration throughout the construction period. All of the new site elements were designed to be compliant with State and Federal accessibility requirements.
