Coneco has been working with the Town of Ipswich to address reoccurring flooding of sections of Jeffreys Neck Road. Multiple times each year, sections along the approximately 3,800 foot length of this roadway that passes through the Great Marsh floods, cutting of the lone access route to more than 400 homes within the Great Neck and Little Neck sections of Ipswich. Coneco assisted the Town in obtaining Federal funding for the design and construction of proposed improvements to reduce the occurrence of road closures and had completed all design and permitting.
