Our many years of experience in the field of construction surveying has enabled us to play a key role in
the construction of the recently completed Waterstone Senior Living Community and Bridges Memory
Care Assisted Living.
Coneco survey personnel were responsible for setting control points for the layout of foundations and
site work. Office support included the coordination of architectural design revisions with construction
activities so that project delays were kept to a minimum.
In addition to construction layout, Coneco prepared foundation as-built plans for each building, as well
as full final as-builts.
