Coneco has the in-house expertise to provide a wide range of civil engineering services to our power utility transmission and distribution clients.  Over the past decade, Coneco has provided civil engineering design and construction inspection services on over 80 substations throughout New England, ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to 16 acres, with voltages from 4 to 345 kV.  Our extensive knowledge of state stormwater rules and regulations allows us to seamlessly integrate modern stormwater management standards to new substations as well as existing substations slated for expansion.  Over this timeframe, we have also provided various civil support services to our Natural Gas and Steam distribution clients.  Through this experience, we have gained a deep understanding of the needs and goals of our energy clients, and we offer design solutions that focus on ease of operation and maintenance which satisfy regulatory permitting and licensing requirements.  The following is a partial list of the services we provide to this market:
