Mr. Feldman is Principal and General Manager of Coneco’s Glastonbury, Connecticut office. He is an engineering professional with over 30 years of substantial and diverse experience in a wide variety of environmental and general engineering projects. Mr. Feldman has managed and participated in environmental engineering and regulatory compliance projects involving air; soil; water; and wastewater in a variety of industries including, specialty chemicals; pulp and paper; electroplating and metal finishing; and aerospace. He has been involved in several successful CT Land Transfer Act Property and Business transactions performing Site Characterization, overseeing Groundwater Monitoring, preparing Completion of Investigation Reports, necessary Remediation, placement of Environmental Land Use Restrictions (ELUR) and LEP Verifications achieving CTDEEP Commissioner acceptance.
Mr. Feldman has performed and managed the performance of over 400 environmental site assessments for Banks, various Lending Institutions, Industrial and Commercial Clients. His services have covered Phase I, II and III assessments including underground storage tank removal/closure, soil and groundwater remediation/remedial design, asbestos surveys, lead paint evaluations, and litigation support. Mr. Feldman has substantial experience with hazardous waste site investigations; remedial feasibility studies; design and implementation; environmental compliance audits for industrial and manufacturing facilities; commercial and industrial property liability assessment; health and safety management; emergency response; RCRA closure plans; industrial wastewater characterization; landfill engineering; and construction administration. He has prepared and negotiated regulatory permits for industrial clients throughout New England.
