Brian F. Klingler

P.G., L.S.P., Principal

Mr. Klingler has over 25 years of experience specializing in the characterization of geologic and hydro-geologic conditions and the determination of the nature and extent of soil, soil gas and groundwater contamination at various sites throughout New England. He has performed and supervised numerous Phase I through IV Site Investigations and is currently the leader of Coneco's Emergency Response and Remediation Operations Team.  Mr. Klingler has extensive experience conducting computer modeling of contaminant migration and has completed numerous site classifications and reporting duties under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP).  Mr. Klingler’s corrective action experience includes multiphase remedial systems within a variety of contaminant settings.  Current systems include a dual phase recovery system for separate phase diesel product and a soil/vapor extraction system relating to a release of chlorinated compounds within a bedrock aquifer. Mr. Klingler’s continuing education includes professional seminars related to technologies employed in remediation petroleum and solvent contamination, and courses in environmental management at Tufts University Center for Environmental Management. Mr. Klingler’s certifications/licenses include Licensed Site Professional, Professional Geologist and AHERA Certified Asbestos Inspector.
